Performance based business development for B2B sales teams

Done-for-you business development.
20 calls in 28 days, guaranteed.
$1,597 once, then pay per booked call.

We spend 14 days building the offer and the machine behind it - the dialler, the inboxes, the LinkedIn and the site tracking. On day 14 all four channels go live at once and qualified calls start landing on your reps' calendars. The $1,597 covers the tech, bought in your name. Everything after that is a flat fee per booked call that actually shows up.

The Mechanism

Four channels, not one.

One channel gets ignored. Four channels hitting the same named list in the same week, all starting on the same day, is why the number is 20 and not 5. Nothing goes out in a trickle while the rest is still being built. Every touch points at the same people, in the same order, on purpose.

01
500 dials a day
Real conversations, not voicemails. We work the gatekeeper, open the call, handle the brush-off and book the slot. Your reps never touch a cold phone again.
02
2,000 emails a day
Sent from inboxes bought and warmed in your name, on domains branded to you. Your main company domain is never touched.
03
LinkedIn behind both
The same named people see a face and a profile next to the call and the email, so the third touch is the one they already recognise.
04
Same-hour site follow-up
Anyone who lands on your site from the campaign gets a call the same hour, while they still remember why they clicked.
How It Works

Fourteen days to build it. Then everything starts at once.

Most outbound starts the week it is bought and limps for a month while the pieces catch up. We do it the other way round. The first two weeks are spent building the offer with you and standing up all four channels in parallel, and nothing is sent to a stranger until every piece is tested. On day 14 it all goes live together, and that is when your 28 days start.

Book a Call
Days 1-4
We build the offer
A strategy call, then real back and forth on what you sell. An offer that closes on a referral usually falls over in front of a stranger, so we rebuild yours for cold traffic - the problem it leads with, the reason anyone should reply, and what you are willing to stand behind. You sign it off before a single dial.
Days 5-9
We build the machine
All four channels stood up in parallel: the dialler and the call lists, domains and inboxes bought in your name and warming, the LinkedIn profiles, and the pixel on your site so we know who lands there. Your verified target list is built against the profile you approved.
Days 10-13
We test it before you do
Cold call scripts tested on live dials and rewritten off what the gatekeepers and the brush-offs actually do. Email copy and subjects signed off by you. Inboxes finished warming, tracking proven, calendars connected and test-booked. Nothing reaches a real prospect untested.
Day 14
Everything goes live at once
Dials, email, LinkedIn and same-hour site follow-up all start on the same morning, on the same named accounts. Calls get qualified, booked onto the right rep's calendar and handed over with the context of the conversation. Your 28 days and your 20 calls start here.
The Model

The risk sits with us, not you.

An SDR hire costs you a salary from day one, three months of ramp, and the cost of doing it again when they leave. This costs you nothing until a call is actually on the calendar.

Hiring for the seat
  • A salary that is owed whether the calendar fills or not
  • Months of ramp before the first real conversation
  • You build the offer, the list, the scripts and the training
  • One person, one channel at a time
  • When they leave, you start the whole thing again
What counts as a booked call
Right company
It matches the account profile you signed off on.
Right person
Someone who can actually say yes to what you sell.
They show up
No-shows and cancellations are not billed. A rescheduled call is billed once, when it happens.

Have Questions?
We Have Answers

Book a call and we will tell you honestly whether your market can be worked this way, and what we would need from you to hit the number.

$1,597 once, then a flat fee per booked call. The $1,597 is a one-time setup for everything the machine runs on - the dialler, the domains and inboxes, the LinkedIn profiles and the site tracking - all bought in your name and yours to keep if we ever stop working together. After that there is no retainer and no monthly fee to us, so a month with no booked calls costs you nothing. Your per-call rate is set by what a closed client is worth to you and agreed on the call.

We do, on your behalf, using the pitch you signed off on. We work the gatekeeper, open the conversation, handle the usual brush-offs and book the slot. Your reps are only involved once a call is on their calendar.

No. The email runs on separate domains bought in your name and branded to look like you, warmed before anything sends. Your main company domain is never used for outbound.

Then you pay nothing beyond the one-time setup, which is yours and stays yours. We are only paid per booked call, so an empty calendar costs us, not you.

Then we rebuild it, and that is the first four days. Most offers that close fine on a referral or an inbound lead fall flat in front of someone who has never heard of you, because the trust that carried them is not there. So before anything is sent we work out the problem your offer should lead with, the reason a stranger has to reply rather than ignore it, and what you are prepared to stand behind. You approve the finished offer before a single dial goes out. If your market cannot be worked this way we will tell you on the first call instead of taking the setup fee.

On day 14, the morning all four channels go live. The two weeks before that are the build, and they are not counted against the guarantee - it would not be honest to promise 20 calls in a window where half of it is spent warming inboxes. You get 28 full days of live outbound across dials, email, LinkedIn and same-hour site follow-up, and 20 booked calls inside them.

Fourteen days. Days 1 to 4 we build the offer with you. Days 5 to 9 we stand up all four channels in parallel - the dialler, the domains and inboxes warming, the LinkedIn profiles, the pixel on your site - and build your verified target list. Days 10 to 13 we test the call scripts on live dials and get the email copy signed off by you. On day 14 everything goes live on the same morning, and the 28 days your 20 calls are guaranteed in start from that day, not from the day you sign.

Some real time in the first week, because the offer gets built with you and not at you - a strategy call and a few rounds of back and forth. Then a yes on who we are allowed to contact, a yes on what we are allowed to say, calendars we can book into, and your suppression list so we never call an open deal or an existing customer. After day 14 you only need to show up to the calls.
